Yogurt and fruit snack

Recipe #2 If you ever just want a quick snack to either pack for work, feed your kids, before the gym, or while you’re waiting for dinner, this is the snack for you. There is protein and natural sugars in this quick and easy snack so it is a great way to fill you up while also giving you some extra energy to get through the day! Here is how to make them.

What you will need:

- Your choice of yogurt (for more protein greek yogurt is best!)

- Your choice of granola

- Your choice of fruits (in the picture I used bananas and frozen blueberries!)

- 1 pinch of cinnamon

- 1 teaspoon of honey

- 1 tablespoon of your choice of nut butter

All you have to do is put all your ingredients in a bowl and enjoy!!
